Dear future self,

With so many things happening around me all day, I realised that I could not have pulled it off if I were alone. But because I wasn’t alone and I had great, talented people who collaborated with me, I learned more about myself (you) and them, and us, and how our togetherness made such a difference. I do hope that in the future, when the pandemic is eventually, finally over, you will meet again the individuals with whom you had wonderful virtual meetings today… and please meet all of them again in a physical space filled with people from all walks of life. Have a moment to look back at this day and (re)learn the same things you all did once more.
